No Refunds or Reships

All sales made through SuperWave UK are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or reships under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

Out of Stock Substitutions

In the event that your ordered item is out of stock, we will send the closest available alternative. This substitution policy is accepted at the time of purchase and does not qualify for a refund or reship.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually, however we reserve the right to decline any request for a remedy where our policy has been clearly communicated prior to purchase.
