Super Wave is a UK-based e-commerce shop. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. We operate Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

3. Product Availability

In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will fulfil your order with the closest available alternative. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that a substitution may be made at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price charged will be that displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Bitcoin, USDT and any other payment methods listed at checkout.

6. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made with SuperWave UK are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reships under any circumstances. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Royal Mail within an estimated 48–72 hours from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SuperWave UK is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperWave UK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased, subject to applicable law.
