Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 48–72 hours from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Order tracking numbers are shared only if the package is not delivered in specified timeframe.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will dispatch the closest available alternative in its place. By completing a purchase, you agree to accept a substitution where necessary.

Important Notice
